📜How to project materials
This section explains how to project materials (PDFs, images, and videos) onto the screens in the venue. Cluster supports the following file formats.
💁♂️File types and sizes for upload
1. Open the inventory
2. Add the slides from “Add File”.
The maximum file size is 1GB.
Files can also be added from the web via My Files.
3. Select the uploaded file to open the operation menu
In the image below, the slides are visible on the bottom right. Click on the small thumbnail corresponding to "Next Slide" to go to the next page. You can check the contents of the slides without projecting them onto the screen.
4. Click on “Project to Screen” to display them in the event venue
*In the case of videos and images, it may take some time for the venue to display them. Please operate slowly and wait for a little.
🎤How to use the microphone
The microphone icon is displayed for staff and guest status. (See below)
When the microphone is turned on, the microphone will turn blue.
If the volume is inappropriate, you can adjust it from Settings (represented by the gear symbol).
It is strongly recommended to use earphones when using the microphone. This is to reduce feedback and other problems.
The audio device set as the "default device" is used in Cluster. If you cannot hear sound or sound does not come through, please check the sound settings of your OS.
*If you change the audio device while Cluster is running, turn "Microphone ON/OFF" once in Cluster to switch the audio device.
