Event organizers can display an external survey URL to event participants when they exit the event, encouraging them to respond to the survey.
(Note: The exit survey feature can only be used for events.)

There are certain restrictions when using the exit survey feature. Please confirm that you understand and accept all of them before using the service.
- Ensure you register for the exit survey feature at least one week before the event's commencement.
- Ensure that the form is filled out and submitted by the event organizer who wishes to set up the survey.
- Use only Google Form or Microsoft Forms as survey URL.
- Do not use URL that redirect to the actual survey link.
- Expect a configuration time of a few business days for the survey setup.
- Avoid including questions in the survey that would collect personal information.
- Be aware that if issues are detected after the survey setup, we reserve the right to remove the survey settings without prior notice.
- Notifications regarding the completion of survey settings and other related matters will be sent via messages within Cluster.
