If your trackers are recognized by SteamVR but not by Cluster
Go to SteamVR Settings → Controllers → Manage Trackers, and set the role of the tracker you want to use to one of the following:
[Waist, Left Foot, Right Foot, Left Elbow, Right Elbow, Left Knee, Right Knee, Chest].
For instructions on how to set this and role recommendations based on the number of trackers you use, refer to the following articles:
If calibration succeeds but the avatar moves incorrectly
It’s possible that the tracker roles are not set correctly. Please double-check that the physical location of each tracker matches its assigned role (e.g., right foot, left foot, etc.).
If the issue persists even after the above steps
Your tracker bindings may not be set correctly. While Cluster is running in VR mode, go to:
SteamVR Settings → Controllers → Show Binding UI → Click on CLUSTER
to open the binding configuration screen. Change the current controller binding to
Vive Tracker: (the unrecognized body part)
and confirm whether the current binding is using the official binding published by the developer.
If it is not, switch to the official binding.
