For SHARP smartphone devices (such as AQUOS R5G), Cluster’s layout, tapping, and scrolling, may experience problems. Problems such as broken layout, tapping and scrolling not working, and tapping not being reflected in the correct location may be resolved by one of the following ways:
- Change the performance settings of game mode
From the home screen, open Settings, and then “AQUOS useful features” → “Game mode” → “Performance”. Allow high-quality views. - Turn off game mode separately for Cluster
From the home screen, open Settings, and then “AQUOS useful features” → “Game mode” → “Registered games”, and turn game mode off for Cluster.
