There are occasions when an error dialog pops up and forces the application to shut down after displaying the Avatar Selection screen or when trying to join an event or world.
Windows Version
If the device you are using does not meet the minimum operating specs required, there is a possibility for this to occur. Please check the specs of your device.

Mac Version
When satisfying the following conditions, there are cases for crashes.
- Using the 2020 "Intel Iris Plus Graphics" model Mac (e.g. 13 inch MacBook pro, MacBook Air, etc.)
- Using macOS Catalina (10.15)
In this case, changing the OS by upgrading to macOS 11.2 Big Sur or any later versions will solve this problem.
