If you become aware of inappropriate disruptive behavior or violations of the Terms of Service within Cluster, you can report these to the Cluster team.

How to Report Users
You can report other users from the Cluster webpage or via their profile when you are in a world or an event.
Reporting from the Cluster website
Navigate to the profile page of the user you would like to report, and click the triple-dot icon on the top right. In the dropdown list, you will find the option to “Report.”
Report from within a World or Event
Open the profile of the user you would like to report and click the triple-dot icon on the top right. In the dropdown list, you will find the option to “Report.”
Reporting an Event or World
You can report an Event or a World through the Cluster app.
How to report Events and Worlds (PC)
Navigate to the page of the Event or World you would like to report and click the triple-dot icon on the top right. You will be able to choose the option to “Report this world” (in the case of an event, “Report this event”).
How to report Events and Worlds (smartphone)
Navigate to the page of the Event or World you would like to report. You will find the option to “Report this world” (in the case of an event, “Report this event”) at the bottom of the page.
