If you are unable to sign up for a Cluster account or login to an existing account via the website, the following cases may be the cause:
Cookies are turned off for third parties on your browser
Sometimes, signing up and login may not be possible if cookies are blocked for third parties.
If you are using “Google Chrome” as your user, please ensure that “Block third party cookies” is turned off.
Security software and/or browser extensions are disrupting connection
There may be cases where security software and/or browser extensions disrupt connections, making it difficult to create a new account or login to your Cluster account.
In such cases, the problem may be resolved by turning off the software or extention, or otherwise using a feature such as white lists to exclude the Cluster webpage from the disruptions.
